Diameter Options: Tube diameters range from 13mm to 60mm, with adjustable capacities depending on the selected diameter and length. For example, diameters under 60mm typically use tubes with a diameter of less than 35mm for capacities under 60ml, while diameters of 35mm to 45mm are used for capacities around 100ml to 150ml. For larger sizes over 150ml, tubes with diameters greater than 45mm are required.

Adjustable Capacity: The capacity can be customized between 3ml and 360ml, providing flexibility for different product packaging needs.

Straight Seal, Diagonal Seal, Umbrella Seal, Star Seal, and Custom Shape Seals. Custom printed date codes can be added to the sealed end as per client requests.
Tube Printing Options:

Production Lead Time:
The typical lead time for our soft cosmetic tubes starts from 10 to 20 days after confirming the sample tube. The minimum order quantity is generally 10,000 pieces, especially for tubes requiring special molds or caps. Many of our customers have their own molds for customized designs.
